Returns
At So Very Dog, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In their original condition
• In their original packaging where possible
• Complete with any accessories or included items
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health and safety reasons, the following items cannot usually be returned unless faulty:
• Opened dog treats or food
• Perishable products
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items showing signs of use
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty or supplied in error, we will offer an appropriate remedy which may include:
• Replacement
• Repair
• Full or partial refund
In some cases, we may request photographs to assist with the assessment of a claim.

We may provide instructions for returning the item and advise whether return postage will be reimbursed.
Returns sent without prior contact may take longer to process.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow sufficient time for your payment provider to complete the transaction.
Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return results from our error or a faulty item.
