Our online store allows you to browse and order your dog’s favourite products from the comfort of your own home, with nationwide delivery available on most items and free Click & Collect from our Longton store.

Please allow up to 1 hour between placing your order and collection.
Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before closing time to guarantee same-day collection.

Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your basket total reaches £30 or more.
Qualifying orders are normally dispatched using our standard delivery service.
Standard Delivery
£3.00
Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.00 regardless of parcel weight.
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday will usually be processed on the next working day.
£5.50
Next Day Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.50 regardless of parcel weight.
To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday will be processed on Monday and are expected to arrive on Tuesday.
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders sent using Evri or Royal Mail can be tracked using the information provided in your dispatch confirmation.

We work with trusted delivery partners including Evri and Royal Mail to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
Whilst we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect information being supplied.
